After the fabric coming out from weaving machine (Muller), the fabric will be added with non woven fabric at the back then adding iron on glue on the back if needed, Then laser cut into specified shape, the last step is merrowing the boarder with specified yarn or as what it is after laser cut.

So there are a few types of woven badges, such as merrowed boarder woven label, laser cut woven label, 3M backing woven label, and iron on glue woven label. We can handle all of these types.
